Auto Painting preparation. How do I sand before paint?

I need to bondo, prime and paint a car (10';x8';) using a spray can. What is the ideal process for sanding?


e.g.


What grit do I use on Bondo?


Prior to priming?


After Priming?


After base coar?


After wet sanding (what grit?)


HOW LONG DO I WAIT IN BETWEEN COATS? (assuming 65 degrees and somewhat higher humitity- it is suppose to rain this weekend)
