i do not recommend house of kolor - their paint tends to delaminate quickly.

Stay away from the hardware stores for this kind of paint, it is usually an inferior grade. Go instead to a store that deals strictly in automotive finishes and supplies, for this you will want to browse the yellow pages of your phone book. However, be prepared to pay a premium price. May I suggest EMRON paints and lacqures as a beginning? Usually reasonably priced. Do yourself a favor; consult a body shop, not this forum. Most are willing to assist.
Find someone that sells PPG or Dupont.... Talk to a body shop if your not sure who sells one of the two....
Go to your local partsource store if you are in canada they all carry it...
you can try home depot or lowes or some hardware store. try calling them first to see if they have what your looking for.
