Is there a easy way to clean the paint on a car? I have alot and mean alot of small round black dots on my car. It is eather tar or sap. I tried to wash and wax but they are still on my car.

Use a clay bar. Meguires makes a good clay bar kit for about $20. The clay bar acts as an eraser and removes contaminants. You won't believe how much smoother the surface feels when you are done. Just wax the surface after you are finished. Here is a link

you need to get some good bug and tar remover go to your local paint store and they should be able to help you or take it to a detail shop and have it buffed out
