Try the Forums, try the dealer's website, look in your

owner's manual, get a Hayne's manual for your car,

try the state government website where you live, look

in the phonebook in the Government section, ask a friend,

check out magazine websites, think about what you want,

use the search engines, try different words, use quotation

marks('; ';) to search for an entire phrase, use online maps.

The answer is out there, these websites will help.Does anybody know of any auto detail shops that repair paint chips and scratches?
That depends on where you live. There are several ways to find a qualified repair shop. The easiest is to look in your local yellow pages. Another is to call the dealership where you purchased the vehicle and ask for their body shop or make ready department. Someone there should be able to tell you who they use or refer you to a local business in your area. If you were in the Dallas, Texas area I could do it for you myself. I am an owner of an auto detailing and paintless dent removal business. Paint chips and scratches are easily fixed is done properly.
